Established in 2001, Century Enrollment & Benefit Services, LLC is an independent insurance and benefit communication firm headquartered in Rochester, NY. Our President

President Joseph Cavallaro started Century Enrollment & Benefit Services, LLC in Western New York and offers policies to fit the individual needs of his clients and small business clients with an emphasis on "long term" relationship building as well as excellent customer care.

In this position, Joe helped not only sell policies, but also helped policy holders understand the new policies, provide information on claims, and explain different features and benefits of various insurance plans based specifically on the needs of his clients. Joe also meets with his clients annually to determine if their insurance needs are being met or if other plans would be more suitable. His dedication to customer satisfaction has earned him excellent ratings with all the small businesses and consumers he has been fortunate enough to work with over the years.
